Gostaria de saber opinião de meus colegas sobre o tema abaixo, pois estou trazendo para o Brasil essa tecnologia ecologicamente correta  para os projetos do Governo. 

Trata-se de uma solução rápida e segura para substituir o cimento, areia e água na construção civil.

Cientes que os órgãos
ambientais de diversos países têm apertado o cerco sobre as emissões de gás
carbônico da indústria cimenteira passando a exigir níveis muito mais baixos de
emissão de dióxido de carbono (CO2) e outros gases poluentes bem como o uso de
areia oriunda de extração ilegal.

Interessados podem participar no Portal de Participação Social (Participa.br)

Gestores, servidores públicos e a sociedade em geral têm até 7 de agosto para participar de consulta pública sobre
a nova legislação para o desfazimento de bens nos órgãos integrantes
do Sistema de Serviços Gerais (SISG). Aberta, nesta segunda-feira (27),
pelo Ministério do Planejamento, Orçamento e Gestão (MP), a norma
orientará as 367 entidades que fazem parte do sistema.

“Nosso trabalho é facilitar a
gestão dos órgãos integrantes do SISG. Queremos a participação de
gestores e servidores públicos na elaboração desta norma porque são
eles que lidam com essas questões em seu dia a dia”, disse, secretário
de Logística e Tecnologia da Informação do MP, Cristiano Heckert

A minuta de decreto substituirá o
Decreto nº 99.658, de 1990, que dispõe sobre a movimentação e o
desfazimento de bens móveis no âmbito da Administração Pública Federal
(APF). A norma regulamenta também o reaproveitamento, a movimentação e a
alienação de materiais como equipamentos, peças ou componentes de
informática; veículos; aeronaves; mobiliário; aparelhos de ar
condicionado, televisores, geladeiras e equipamentos de laboratórios de
universidades.

Os interessados em participar devem acessar o Portal da Participação Social (Participa.br) para emitir a sua opinião.
